Santa Clara WEST COAST STORAGE is by far the best. I have rented at least 15 lockers in my life maybe more. From Salinas,Monterey, Campbell, Willow Glen, San Jose. W.C.S. has clean grounds and hallways, always mopping, the bathroom is clean and smells great. The staff is amazing always positive and helpful. Karen AND Johnny really make me feel at ease knowing that they are watching my belongings. They are the best around. I've done the homework for you. If you want a good storage place, this is it!

They do not have enough carts so if you are on the second floor you are screwed. When you ask for help or to borrow a hand truck they look at you like youre a dope.

Booked online, came in to the facility and was immediately helped by Omar who gave me a number of options. We landed on the perfect ground floor 5x10 and was able to take advantage of some promotions which save me $. Overall a great experience.

Move-in was super easy and stress free. I believe Mary helped us and she was so accommodating and kind. We got our online promotion with even more discounted, she was amazing!

Vine con mi familia buscando un lugar para unos muebles, la muchacha me atendió muy amablemente, antes de elegir el lugar ella me mostró las opciones que tenia en el primer y segundo piso. Al final me decidí por uno del primer piso y ella me explico en donde podía conseguir carritos para transportar cosas, en fin el servicio y amabilidad fue un 100%.

This is a very clean and organized property I like the carts to carry item to my unit . The unit I have is very roomy for small space. The service desk people are very courteous .

Cheapest storage unit I could find in San Jose. Secured behind a gate and in a giant warehouse. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and were great to work with without them being pushy at all. It’s definitely not fancy, but the dusty floors and older feel don’t bother me for such a great price.

I came here on my lunch break to purchase a storage unit during a child custody case. I explained to the gentleman that I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time and I was a day late I was supposed to have come the day before because I made a reservation. He said not to worry let's get you hooked up and out of here as quick as possible within 15 minutes of me walking in the door originally I had paperwork signed and keys in my hand with a gate code ready to go.

The movein went smoothly. The elevators were a little tricky with having to re-enter the code if someone else just exited. But once I figured that out, I was able to manage it. Thanks!

Went in and got our storage unit fairly quick. Person made sure I understood the payment and that I liked the storage unit. Was open about pricing and their rules so I did not get dinged for extra storing I did not need.
